You cannot get free seat / full fees reimbursement because you belong to OC Category and for OC Category candidates in order to get free seat/ full fees reimbursement they must have EAMCET Rank less than 10,000. So, you can try for partial fees reimbursement if you are eligible for it.

Your parents must not be Goverment employees and their annual income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs. If you meet the eligibility criteria then you can apply for fees reimbursement.
