it depends on what you are aspiring to be.as the exam is quite competative,around 2.5 lakh students will be allowed to get into JEE Mains.the cuttoff of the JEE mains will be the deciding factor of getting into JEE Advance.
a rough guess would be that getting around 100-120 marks could allow you for the JEE Advance.
Although if you are planning to go to NIT you should atleast have 150 marks.
