We do not have 2021 Information Bulletin for 2021 yet. But according to the official brochure for the year 2020-21, OCI Candidates are also allowed to appear for COMEDK. You can check the complete Information Bulletin at: https://www.comedk.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/COMEDK-2020-INFORMATION-BROCHURE-UGET-EXAM.pdf But to give you a glimpse, to be eligible for COMEDK, you should have completed your 12th or PUC or equivalent from a recognised Board with a minimum aggregate of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. It is 45% for General Category and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. You should have scored this aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics while individually passing these 3 subjects. There is no lateral entry scheme and so Diploma Candidates are not allowed for COMEDK.
