Getting in early placement entirely depends on your abilities and not on NEET or IIT. The duration of the course is same and the placement will be offered after 4 years. If you have the potential you will get the placement in your final year otherwise nothing can be said.  I would suggest you to prepare yourself for the interviews before hand only if you want early placements.
