I can give you the exact details only if you mention your state . Considering your score and your category you have got very low chances of getting a state Quota seat in government Colleges. In most of the states candidates belonging to BCD category needs to score above 500 to get a government seat. The cutoff for private colleges will be much lower but still I doubt whether a score of 383 will fetch you a state Quota. Keep trying and look for other options simultaneously.
