i scored 383 marks in neet 2019 whether i get governement colleges with low fees in karnataka state only

All the above cutoffs are based on previous years and this year the cutoff is is expected to jump higher because the exam was slightly on the easy side and students are performed well this year so expect a jump in cutoffs this year and because of that may be some of the above colleges might go out of your reach.
