As per the eligibilty criteria of eamcet the candidate appearing should be from Andhra Pradesh. If you have resided or studied in an educational institution in Andhra Pradesh for at least four consecutive years before your qualifying exam, you will be considered a local candidate. So if you satisfy this criteria and other age criterias then you are eligible to appear for the eamcet exam.
