Chemistry is a versatile field. Considering that you are already very much interested in Chemistry, we would recommend you  to go ahead with Masters in Chemistry.

Once you complete your M.Sc., you will have better credentials because of a Masters degree and also you can get into the research field, giving your interests an arena to evolve into something even better.
