Well you should choose that option which you think is right. Both msc and mba are good course but if you feel that mba will be a good option than go for mba. Also if you feel that you wanted to do something in physics than do msc and than go for phd. After phd chances of good job increses more. 

On the other hand mba is also very popular and one always get good job if there performance and academic marks are good during interview.
