Josaa counselling is conducted for admission in IIT, NIT, IIIT, GFTI. If you have appeared your 12 th cbse from Rajasthan then you are not considered for delhi as a home state. You can only have Rajasthan as your home state . Also , josaa does not have any home state quota,it is just that if you belong to same state of your institute then you can get some relaxation in cutoff.
