It is important to have a balanced time for academics and NEET preparation.Otherwise it is going to be a problem.If you do not have sufficient attendance then you will have to face trouble at the time of your board examination.So it is advisable that you manage to have sufficient attendance and prepare for NEET parallely without interrupting academics and preparation.
