Via CUCET you can get admission to the central and state universities enlisted under CUCET. The application form of CUCET is yet to release. But there are many colleges/universities which offer admissions on the basis of 12th merit. I hope you are doing good .  As per your query, I would like to aware you that in Central universities of different states offer BA and BA hons course like central university of andhra pradesh which is very famous for these courses . Admission in BA courses are given based on rank scored in CUCET ,though in some universities admission are given on based of 12th marks , but here you have to prepare well and score good rank for admission
