Hello student no this is not possible as if you get selected in NDA you need to do your graduation of 3years in National defense Academy. And you're not eligible to appear in this year September for NDA examination as eligibility criteria says - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics  and mathematics for Airforce and Navy.

If you're willing to take admission in IITs. You need to appear in jee main and advance entrance examination.
Eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.
