You didnot mention about your category rank and CRL rank.1023 is your CRL rank or category rank??? If this is your CRL rank then you will definitely get into NIT Warangal.Even without reservation you can get into NIT Warangal. With this reservation you know what you can achieve.But if 1023 is your disability rank then you wont get NIT Warangal.

Dear student, according to the cutoff of previous years, with 1053 rank in JEE Mains and being a PWD candidate, you have fair chances to get CSE in NIT Warangal. You can bag a seat in any way, either you are under home state quota or other state quota. Register for Josaa Counselling before 25 June, 2019.
