Firstly, you need to pursue your current course very seriously with good grades and if possible a couple of projects or research internships in your field of interest. In the final year of study in B.Sc Biotechnology, you should give GRE Exam followed by IELTS/TOEFL. Following this, you need to make a list of Target institutes in countries of your choice, followed by submitting application consisting of SOP, Exam Scores, Recommendation Letters and Resume, preferably within first deadline with the application fee.
