I am doing bsc cs currently in 1st year I took a drop before it I am thinking to give Mhtcet to take admission in Btech should I give it?

Dear student ,

If you think to do so ,then , you can do it.

But before dropping out first give the exam and wait for the result, if the result is in your favour then you can take

Drop out from the course bsc cs .
