i am doing mca 1st year but i have failed in chemistry in class 12th can i have problem in placement regarding failed in chemistry

Why take a risk in such a case? You always have solutions to make your way easy. The very best solution is, apply for improvement exam from whichever Board of Education you ah e completed class 12th with. Study hard and pass in chemistry in the improvement exam. You will get a new marksheet then. This will not hamper your placement at all.
