Yes, you are perfectly eligible for AIIMS 2020,
As NIOS is a government board and it is clearly mentioned in AIIMS eligibility criteria that a candidate who have passed 12th examination or equivalent exam from any recognized board or university are eligible for giving AIIMS.
Other eligibility criterias for AIIMS are :

• Candidate must be of 17 years of age
• He/She must have scored minimum 60% aggregate marks (50% marks for reserved, PH and  Foreign Nationals Candidates) in 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
