Dear Candidate, 

For the 85% state quota,  all they ask you for is your state domicile. They won't consider your SSC certificate or from where you have done it. Hence,  if you have a state domicile for a particular state, you can apply for the 85% state quota in the respective state. So,  since your domicile belongs to Maharashtra,  you can apply for the 85% state quota of Maharashtra.
