as per JEE Mains eligibility candidate needs to pass 12th with 5 subjects, however these marls are not counted in the counselling for JEE.

you are eligible to appear for JEE if you have passed class 12th.

2019 exam has been over .
Now you can give 2020 exams that will held in January and April ( registration will start from August for Janaury exam).
Yes if you are in top 20 percentile of your boards than ; you are eligible for  ( for taking Admission in nits ; iits and IIIT ) through josaa .
