Your marks in math will not bother you as according to NTA (National Testing Agency), your overall marks in 12th must be 65% or more for ST category and you must have five subjects in your 12th standard.

Yes you are eligible for jee because jee requires  two principle  for a candidate to apply for jee exam.

Either one had score 75 percentage in 12th board

Or else the person must be under the top 20 percentile students in his state.



And there is no criteria of the particular subject cutoff .you can score any sort of marks in particular subjects but the aggregate percentage should be greater than that of 75 %.



Hence your maths score will not create any issues during your jee throughout.

The basic criteria that a person has to full fill is that,  they'll have to get 75% in PCM. If you have 75% in PCM, then you are eligible for the JEE mains counselling. It doesnt matter if your score in maths is a bit less, only total score matters.
