HI Rakshan,
As per the previous year trends, at 129 marks is JEE Main your rank would be around AIR 10K to 15K.
As this depends on various factors like number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty of the exam, I can't assure you that you will get this much rank. It can be there that you get 9K or 16K, but it will be around 10 - 15 K only.
At this much rank, you have very rare chances to get a seat in an IIT.

Hello Rakshan!
As per expected cutoff and seeing the trends, the candidates who have sored 175-189 marks are expected to be ranked between 7k to 10k. So looking at your expected score, you are likely to secure around more than 25k. This is based on previous years ranks vs marks.
All the best!
