Infact, 593 was the least matks in General Category that secured a Medical seat under State Quota. The rest all colleges had cut offs of more than 600. In this connection, a Government Medical Seat with those marks is difficult. Neverthless, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You may have to wait until official answer key is released so as to assess your score correct.
