Hi sana
Look I am sorry to say but with this score you can't get a government college in West Bengal. As going by the past year trends 500+ is the safest score to get a government college in West Bengal , and 530+ for Kolkata. But 480 should also suffice according to previous year trend and this year's difficulty of the question paper Last year , last admission to bankura shammilani medical college was at 469 marks. So with increased number of students this year and the same question paper throughout the state , it could be 470-480+. But its too early to conclude anything
Till the results , keep hope , keep faith and peace out.

Good luck
