You have 50-50 chances of getting a seat into MBBS with this marks, if you were from SC or ST category then you could have get a seat without any hesitation as you said you are from general category your chances are decreased. Do not loose hope you can give a try in private institutions, you will surely get a seat in private institutions but if you go for Government then chances are very very low. If you don't get a seat try for management quota seats if you can afford.
