Soo according to this There is very slim chance to get in to Government college.But you can take a chance because there is still possibility that cutoff will goes low from.last year.

You can go for Government controlled self finance college Pariyaram Medical College, Pariyaram..Which cutoff was 522 last year..So Thats a good college..
