• G. S. Medical College, MUMBAI - 566
• Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai - 566

you are eligible for all the colleges in Maharashtra.
If you have 30% state quota then -
The  list of  colleges  includes -

• Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, and College of Nursing, Pune - 545
• Topiwala National Medical College, Mumbai- 572
• Grant Medical College - 567
• G. S. Medical College - 592

But in 30% quota you will get seat in SETH GS MEDICAL COLLEGE

Well it cant be said that you will get for 100% but with 542 hopefully you can because there  are slight chances with that and you also will get caste advantage.To secure a seat in government medical colleges one must score marks above 550 in neet.But again there are lots if factors too like number of appeared candidates,difficulty level of paper etc.
