Last year marks required in neet for a seat in Government Medical College for general category under state quota in Bihar is given below; -
Nalanda Medical College, Patna:- 552
Patna Medical College, Patna:- 579
Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sheikhpura, Patna:- 557
Darbhanga Medical College, Lehriasarai:- 552
so dear you have chance of getting a medical college,  but this year neet paper was quite easy so chances are that cut off marks may get a hike,  so it would have been great if you scored 580 + marks .
