You have scored well in jipmer 2019.But  will you get a seat in  jipmer or not totally depends on your percentile in that exam and mainly your rank based on that percentile. 

Percentile system depends on the topper's marks first and then on you marks it is calculated by dividing your marks by topper's marks and then multiplying it with 100.
