Hello,

Considering previous years cut off trends for ST category in Electrical Engineering you may get seat in

IIT, Bombay (communication engg, contril and computing, power electronics and power systems, microelectronics, electronics)
IIT, Guwahati (VLSI, Signal processing, RF and Photonics)
IIT, Roorkee

However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.

You can also predict the colleges in which you may get seat in by using out GATE college predictor
