this problem has been happening with many students trying to register for AIIMS 2019 and does you do have the option of logging out of your account and again trying to re login and see if the problem is solved although it does not provide a guaranteed solution but some students have found it to work
another account Gmail or contact the authorities whose contacts have been provided for that given purpose on the ends website and address you ratio and see if they can help you so that you could be relieved of a dilemma at the earliest also if the payment was been successful there is no reason why you should not be able to download the admit card subsequently
