Once you have passed class 12 examination with 50% aggregate in each of physics chemistry and Biology, a respective of how many years you've logged in between As a rule you can sit for Neet examination all the best

Yes you can apply for both exams.

Yes you can apply as the NEET eligibility criteria says that gap Year between class 11 and 12 is not permitted. Just make sure you clear your class 11th and 12th without gap.

Other Qualifying Exam Eligibility

10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized Board; candidates from NIOS Board are ineligible.
