Hello, at this rank your chances of getting any Nit IIIT, gfti like Pec Chandigarh ,Bit Mesra, JNU ,IIEST Shivpur looks not possible. Because cutoffs are very high.

I would recommend you to apply for other states government and private colleges which accepts Jee mains marks for admission like Punjab University, IPU Delhi.

Also apply for private universities like Chandigarh University, Lovely Professional University, Graphic Era, Galgotia University.

Your rank is very poor with this rank you can not get any good college in the country even in your category you won't get any good college.

There are lot of college though where you can get admission but that won't benefit you in your career hence I would suggest to take a drop and try to score a crl under 80k . Them your category rank would be much better.
