Firstly Ews is meant for oc category students and not applicable for Bc-E students. For a rank 18,028 it is very difficult to get veterinary course as the previous cutoff was observed at a rank below 3000 for svu region and 6000 for au region.

You can try for Food technology which is likely to get as the cutoff was 17113 last year.
