I think you are not yet getting the concept of state quota in NEET PG
the policy is governed by the government of every state has to the allocation of neet PG seats under state quota is completely dependent upon the fact that every state has its own reservation policies and Wilson stage gives a facility to service candidates for doctors giving roll service with MBBS qualification main prioritised to avail post graduation facilities at the cost of freshers appearing for the examination from the same state and trying to complete for the seats of the state quota there are some others which will give preference to those candidates who have a domicile of 8 years or more in that particular state or 10:30 bbsr institutions under that particular state
in order to check the minimum criteria you need to fulfill to avail the state bird of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana or both you need to check the medical university websites for the portals published over the last years in order to get a clear idea about what criteria you need to fulfill
