I am from Bihar can i get private medical college in u.p by applying in u.p 85% state quota counselling

Hello dear student
Greetings
You are eligible for 85 % state quota only in your state of domicile and if you want to get admission in any other state then you are eligible for only 15 % all india quota and not 85 % state quota.
So you are not eligible for 85 % state quota in UP.
