Dear Raj  first off, to apply for any Government College of other States you have to participate in All India Counselling. But due to limited no.of seats, the cut offs are usually higher in All India Counselling. Any score less than 550-575 are less for General Category, it should be atleast 500 for OBC and around 475 for Reserved Categories atleast for 2nd round. In this regards 419 marks are too less. In State Counselling based on previous cut offs you may get a seat in a Private Medical College if you belong to SC/ST Category.

Hello Raj

First of all congratulations for your result.

But you have not mentioned about your category. If your from reserved category(SC/ST) then there is a little chance of getting government Medical College.

You can check last year's Neet cut off using this link:

Also you can predict your Neet College using this link:

Hello,
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 419 marks but you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, the cutoff generally goes higher for Bihar and the western states of India , previous year getting above 500.

But you have high chances of getting a govt. seat through state quota if you are OBC candidate ..
But if you are general category candidates then, your chances are negligible.

You have also high chances to get in private medical college (though not sure if you will like to).

For furthermore information please go through the link given below to predict the colleges you may get :

I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.
