So, you need to focus on your state counselling. Since, you have not mentioned your category, it was not possible for us to predict the probable colleges you might get.

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you hve no chance to get college in Delhi under all india quota.

As all the colleges have more than 600+ closing cutoff marks for the general and obc category aspirants. And also for the reservation category aspirants of sc and st have cutoff more than 515+ closing marks.

So if you have reservation category then you can only hope for college otherwise no government medical college.
