Hello. As per my research, as far as you are okay to adjust , all colleges and places are good. You can learn new culture, new language and meet new people. There would afcoarse be compromises in south side regarding the food , but again opportunities are great.

If you are willing to study and inherit the new environment then you go anywhere, you will enjoy. And that is more important.

Talking about if you are not flexible enough, then try to be in your roots,  or take your friends with you. You all guys will be in same boat and thus will manage everything. Colleges and their reputation are all same , it's just the matter of where you are comfortable.
