Yes, you are eligible for giving Jee Advanced Paper. But unfortunately, your percentile is not that remarkable as with 90 percentile rank of someone in the general category is not that good.

If you calculate your Rank by the method released by NTA that is {100-(your percentile)}*8744.69

then your expected rank is about 87 thousand which is not that good for any general student.

I would suggest you focus more on your mains then advance as by this you can manage to improve your mains percentile and can get into a really good NIT.
