Dear Yash, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been like this:

General Category: 473
SC: 372
ST: 230
SE: 120

So, at 450 your chaces are bleak if you are from General Category. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like top NEET score, candidate's category, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available and difficulty of the exam.
