Hello Suman,

To obtain domicile quota in Karnataka you must have proof of permanent residence in the state of Karnataka 6 years or more.

Since MBBS including internship is a 5.5 year long course, in six more months you would be eligible for domicile quota in the state of Karnataka

But to avail the same you must fill the online application form applying for the same along with your proof of residence in Karnataka 

If the application is accepted you will receive the certificate in 7 days and then you can avail state quota for government colleges for post graduate seats.
