Hello aspirant,

You have very good score in NEET 2019. You have good chances of getting government college. You can also get a seat in any private college for sure. You will definitely get a seat in government college. So do try for it.  I cannot tell the exact college you can get as the cutoff varies every year. The cutoff varies every year. But having 550+ gives you a better opportunity. With this score you have chances to get a seat there. But as I said the cutoff also varies.
