You have done   your 10+1 and 10+2 from Chandigarh but you belong from  Himachal and you want to go with state quota in Punjab so, sorry to say but you can not go with state quota in Punjab because for getting benifit of   state quota you should have domecile of that particular from where you want to get state quota
And you should have stay there from 10 year so that you could get benifited of that state quota.
