Dear Yasser, once the correction window opens during January 14th to January 30th 2019, you can make corrections to your self declaration form. However there might be some additional fees that you might have to pay regarding the correction. Once you correct it, make the payment and submit, your application is successfully submitted. You might get a confirmation page to your email. Only a generation of a confirmation page is a proof of payment. Keep that for future reference.
