Yes if you are from Karnataka for any other state it doesn't matter you can attempt the the TS for AP EAMCET even if you are not from the AP or Telangana States.

While applying for the EAMCET exam you need to select the other option while your filling the option for state board i.e it will be asked from which state board you are and the options will be given for each and every state you can select your respective state that is Karnataka and enter the details of of your state board intermediate hall ticket number and other details.
