Hey,

If you are applying for All India Counseling, you will be allotted seats as per all India basis. You will be alloted a seat in the college as per your marks obtained in the NEET exam and the cut off of the respective college.

If you want to solely apply for Karnataka college you need to sit for the state counseling of your state and not for the All India Counseling.
