As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have no chance to get seat in government college under the state quota benefit for general category.

For the general category aspirants the last year cutoff for the government medical colleges was around to 580 to 600 marks. And you have very wide difference of marks so its no for you.

According to previous year cutoff the minimum marks required to get into the government college in Kerala was rankings of 550 marks to 600 marks general category .
