I am from maharshtra secured 519 marks in neet 2019. what is the probability to secure a government college seat from OBC girls quota

519 marks are actually good to ensure a seat in a good government college as you also, mentioned that you belong to OBC category that is also a favouring factor here and aiming to take a college in Maharashtra. Also, I'd say the probability is very high that you'll take a seat ,just wait for your call in the college ,you're aiming to take admission in. And, many many congratulations.

Gondia Government Medical College 475 marks
Chandrapur Government Medical College 480
Indira Gandhi Medical College, Nagpur 510
