It would be difficult to tell what exact marks you need to score in NEET to get a government medical because cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc.
But you should aim to score above 500 even though you have reservation.Competiton is increasing every year so you should be prepared for whatever comes to you.Give your best for the preparation.
